VIRABHADRASANA III HATHA beginners

VIRABHADRASANA III, the posture of the warrior III is a posture that shows balance, poise and strength. This asana tones and helps the contraction of the abdominal organs and makes the muscles of the legs more beautiful and stronger. It is also recommended for runners to give them vigor and agility. All the movements that this asana require corrects the wearing and the posture. When we hold ourselves badly we let the body weight fall into our heels and the body cannot develop harmoniously and the elasticity of the spine is compromised. The weight of the body brings out the belly and decreases mental and bodily agility. Virabhadrasana III helps us to stand firmly on the soles of the feet, to keep the stomach muscles tucked in and to give agility to the body and mind.

The postures of the warriors are postures of strength but above all of humility . They teach us sincerity and stability . The yogi in these postures fights against his own demons and demons. The yogi struggles against himself to gradually detach himself from his body, from his emotions and to become an observer of himself.

Virabhadrasana III refocuses the body at the level of the pelvis . It strengthens the hips, abdominal muscles, back and shoulders . It tones and softens the muscles of the legs giving them vigor and agility and makes us stronger on our feet by strengthening the arch of the foot. It also improves coordination and balance and proprioception of the body in space.

Virabhadrasana III creates an infallible mental balance through inner stability and confidence. It refocuses the mind on horizontal leg-arm and vertical leg-pelvis balance. It is a posture of maintenance, balanced between the front and the back, the top and the bottom which symbolizes the stability, the order and the control .

In this sequence, beginners as well as intermediate levels learn this posture by resting their bodies in the air and also do their proprioceptions of the body in space.
