This sequence harmonizes SVADHISTHANA, the sacral chakra. Svadhisthasana, is the second chakra located between the pubis and the navel, could be translated as "place of sweets" and takes its name from its proximity to the sacrum. "Sva" means "his, own" and "Dhisthana" means "house, place, seat". It is represented by the orange color , clear and happy, a mixture between the yellow and the red of the first and third chakra.
When Svadhisthana is balanced, one experiences feelings of enthusiasm, confidence in oneself and in others, one is spontaneous, courteous, courageous and sensual. This balanced chakra also ensures emotional and creative balance, love and warmth towards others radiates and inner strength is present.
When this chakra is unbalanced emotions overflow, we feel hypersensitive, very emotional and we refuse happiness and pleasures. At the physical level this is reflected in particular by problems in the lower back and / or the abdomen and menstrual disorders in women.
When practicing to focus on the second chakra, it is necessary to visualize the passage of the breath in the perineum which grows on the inspiration and which retracts on the expiration. During each of the inspirations, we are filled with joy and creativity and during each of the exhalations we empty ourselves of our shame and all negative thoughts.
