Releasing the back of the lumbar vertebrae is something we all need to do, the lumbar vertebrae support the rest of the spine, which is why this area is compressed or even “welded”. The lumbar vertebrae are the base of the spine from which we grow, we rise towards the sky , if this part is compressed the rest does not lengthen.
The back is a part of the body that accumulates daily tensions, mental or emotional burdens and this leads us to adopt a bad posture.
