RELIEVE AND PREVENT BACK PAIN

The back is a part of the body that accumulates everyday tensions, mental or emotional loads and this leads us to take a bad posture. This sequence is dedicated to loosen, relieve and prevent back pain.

In general, poor posture starts from the upper body because the head is heavy and tends to go forward and the further the head is from its center of gravity, the more the muscles will have to work to carry it. Then the shoulders follow by curling forward and down and the spine tries to compensate for this imbalance by off-axis. The body ends up curling completely forward and compensates with a hollow, compressed lower back.

The nerve center which is also located under the diaphragm is compressed and is no longer massaged by the breath which increases the feeling of stress.

In order not to collapse in a bad posture, it is necessary to do deep and regular work to soften and strengthen the back and open the front of the body.
