NATARAJASANNA

Natarajasana is a very complete posture! This posture works on balance on one foot, the benefits of back extensions on one side and drishti (the gaze). This sequence emphasizes the pressure that the foot must exert in the hand to activate the stretching of the front of the thigh of the raised leg. To warm up the physical body well, we have highlighted adapted sun salutations that open the front of the body and prepare the spine through twists.
