EVENING YOGA

Evening yoga helps develop mindfulness and helps prevent bad habits from compensating for tensions created during the day such as snacking or scrolling mindlessly on your phone screen. Practicing yoga before bed also promotes deep, more restful sleep.

In this sequence, the postures are not to be kept too long and with a minimum alignment in which everyone can adjust the intensity of the pose. The goal is to prepare the body for sleep, without waking up the muscles but just to relieve the tensions of the day. In this small sequence of postures you just have to be in agreement with yourself, without judgment to be able to free yourself from the tensions of the day.
