INSPIRE AND BE INSPIRED TO BUILD A BETTER WORLD

Our mission at youteach.YOGA is to inspire to inspire and to create a perpetual message for all to build a better world for teachers.

We inspire because we too have been inspired by other mentors, we do not invent anything! But we have appropriated, interpreted, understood and assimilated everything we have seen and experienced. This is information that we have understood and that we can pass on to you directly.

We are humbled by the inspiration of other teachers, because we know that they have already walked the path we are walking on. And what we want is that you come to youteach.YOGA to be inspired and then to inspire other teachers.

To inspire you must be inspired. To inspire others, we can't take nothing from someone else, we can't do things on our own thinking we are the best and then not share anything. We can't become inspiring to others without sharing anything, without giving anything.

WHAT IS INSPIRATION?

Inspiration is humility because it is recognizing that what someone does or says can take us further. We are aware that we have to learn and take from other people something that we can develop and experience ourselves. It is approving that another person has quality, excellence, beauty, greatness in a field. It is approving their person, their energy, their identity, their creativity in beautiful things that they embody and that we would like to emulate. It is therefore important to cultivate our human relationships and to see the positive in each of us.

Inspiration is great because it allows us to dream big because when we are inspired we have a lot of ideas, it creates positive emotions, it pushes us upwards and it allows us to work on self-fulfillment. To embody the person you want to personify, you have to go and get inspired by teachers who have that same presence in order to reach your fulfillment, to feel unshakeable and capable.

Inspiration allows us to understand that we all need a mentor. A mentor is someone who has already walked the path we are walking on or want to walk on. It shows us that if someone has walked that path before, then it is also possible for us, that it is attainable, that what we want to have or be is attainable and it helps us believe in ourselves. Remember that others are an incredible source of inspiration for our own dreams and that it allows us to understand that we are capable of.

HOW DO YOU INSPIRE?

To inspire, you have to be authentic and do things with passion. You have to share your story so that people understand how you got there, both your successes and your difficulties, so that other people can identify with a real life path. You need to have dreams and most importantly, you need to talk about your dreams to inspire others. To inspire, you have to be aligned, you have to be in tune with your values so that everything you do resonates with what you want to achieve and it rings true. If you create a persona for yourself and it doesn't ring true it's not going to inspire. You have to know why you're taking that path to do things so you can do them with passion and communicate your personality with clarity. Passion is a mark of happiness that is contagious and therefore allows you to better convey your messages and expand your aura. To inspire, you need to cultivate your positive energy to spread it to all those who vibrate around you.
